By placing an order on this website, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following Terms and conditions listed on this page.
In order to cancel a subscription and stop your recurring payments, the account holder must login to their account to verify themselves and request cancellation from the subscriptions management console. For administration purposes, up to 5 business days should be allowed from the time this cancellation request is provided, to when the account cancellation occurs.
You acknowledge that inmatecallsavings.com services may be automatically renewed unless otherwise requested by yourself.
Inmate Call Savings acquires your local number based on the length of service our customers select, bringing you the lowest cost solution.
We are not refunded for unused months by our provider. Because of this fact we cannot issue a partial refund for unused months of service due to the prisoner being released before your purchased service term ends.
If Inmate Call Savings can not locate and aquire you a local phone number by your inmates facility a full refund (including processing fee) will be issued the same day.
Once a number is activated (given/emailed to the customer) NO refunds are issued
Processing fee is non-refundable in any circumstances. If services are cancelled before the number is issued, we will refund the subscription fee only.
Refund processing time is 7 days
Inmate Call Savings is not affiliated with the Contracted Prison Phone Provider. No refunds are issued for Blocked Calls Due to the Contracted Prison Phone Provider's Company Policy.

This information is only used to fulfill your request. This personal information is kept confidential and will not be shared or sold for marketing purposes.
